Aaron Carter was the subject of a welfare check just weeks before his death.

The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a call requesting to check in on Carter in late September, “Entertainment Tonight” reported Tuesday.

No other details surrounding the welfare check are being released at this time.

The LAFD didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

Carter’s housekeeper found the “Aaron’s Party” singer’s body in his bathtub on Saturday. He was 34.

While details surrounding Carter’s death remain scarce — the cause is deferred pending toxicology results — it appears he had been struggling.

The “I Want Candy” performer previously revealed he had multiple personality disorder, schizophrenia, acute anxiety and manic depression, which, paired with his addiction issues, may have led to his untimely demise, Madatyan speculated.

“I personally think he was on medication and had fallen asleep in a bathtub. … I think it’s a tragic accident, because he loved life. He had so many plans,” Madatyan shared.

“Even though he hadmental issues, addiction, he loved life.”

“My heart is completely broken over the passing of my fiancé, Aaron. I knew he was struggling, and I tried everything to help him,” the model, 30, told People Monday.

“He has a very independent and strong personality, and I couldn’t help him in the way I felt he needed it.”
