After the passing of her and Nick Cannon’s son, Alyssa Scott is expecting her third child.

Is there going to be a new Cannon child?

Following the passing of her and Nick Cannon’s son Zen, Alyssa Scott announced on October 26 that she is expecting her third child.

With you by my side…,” Scott captioned the photo of the pregnant woman wearing a blue outfit.

When the model, 29, shared a snapshot of her growing baby belly on Instagram on Mother’s Day, it led to pregnancy rumours.

She captioned the social media post, “Today I’m grateful I was able to pick up the phone and hear my mom and grandmother on the other side.” “I’m appreciative to my daughter for guiding me during this holiday. When I say that my heart is with every mother and woman today, I really mean it. Love.”

Her hair was tinted brown, though Scott could not say if the smiling photo was recent or vintage. Notably, she had blonde hair while Zen was growing inside of her.

In June 2021, Scott gave birth to the boy she and Cannon, 41, were expecting. This was the same month the actor and Abby De La Rosa welcomed their twin sons Zion and Zillion, who are now 1 years old.

The Texas native captioned Zen’s initial Instagram post, “I shall love you for eternity,” at the time. “6•23•21.”

Zen joined Scott’s now 4-year-old daughter Zeela from a previous union.

Prior to their son’s December 2021 death at the age of five months, Scott and Cannon were unaware of their baby boy’s battle with brain cancer.

The “All That” actor, who shares twins Moroccan and Monroe, 11, with his ex-wife Mariah Carey, as well as Golden, 5, and Powerful, 1, with Brittany Bell, remarked on “The Nick Cannon Show” after learning of the tragedy, “You can’t heal until you feel.”

Scott was described by Cannon as the “strongest lady” he had ever seen as he continued to admire her.

He said at the time, “Never had an argument, never was upset.” “She was emotional when she needed to be, but she was always and still is the best mom [to Zeela] can have.”

She and Cannon established Zen’s Light, a paediatric cancer nonprofit, in memory of Zen, who would have turned one in June.

The former Nickelodeon star explained to his Instagram followers that “[our] aim is to develop global excellence in hope, grief-care, and paediatric healthcare for families and children in need.”

“Can’t wait for next year where our Lighting Gala will continue to grow to help find a cure for paediatric Cancer, further research and aid more families in need,” he added.

Cannon has had 10 children; twins Moroccan and Monroe, 11, twins Golden, 5, daughter Powerful, 1, and son Rise, 1 month, are all shared with Mariah Carey.

His daughter Onyx, 4, and son Legendary, 1 month, respectively, were born in June and September with Bre Tiesi and Lanisha Cole.
