Another Apple event has arrived, and we expect a slew of big announcements. Apple will hold a virtual and in-person event on Wednesday, September 7th, at 10AM PT / 1PM ET to introduce its latest iPhones, Apple Watches, and other products.
The new iPhones are expected to include a Pro model with a new chip, a notch-less screen, an auto-focus selfie camera, and a higher price, as well as a new larger size for the lower-end iPhone 14. A new Apple Watch Series 8 could include a sensor that monitors body temperature, as well as an updated Apple Watch SE and a long-awaited rugged Apple Watch model that can withstand harsh environments. On the other hand, we may be saying farewell to the ageing Apple Watch Series 3. It’s also possible that an updated AirPods Pro model is on the way.
New iPads and Macs are unlikely to be released until later this year. We’re expecting a new entry-level iPad without a headphone jack, as well as a next-generation iPad Pro that’s larger than the current 12.9-inch iPad Pro model. Updated MacBook Pros are also expected later.
