With her Instagram followers, Busy Philipps revealed the results of “two hours with your adolescent doing cosmetics and hair inspired by Priscilla Presley.”
The harried Philipps is loving spending time with her teen.
The Girls5eva actress, 43, posted a number of photographs with her older kid Birdie, 14, on Instagram on Sunday as they spent “two hours” playing with various hair and makeup styles.
What precisely are you doing if not spending two hours with your teen doing Priscilla Presley-inspired cosmetics and hair? In the caption, she made a joke.
Additionally, I feel like we could be the mean mother and daughter from Hairspray, Philipps later added.
In the cute pictures, the two posed together with heavy eyeliner, bare lips, and slightly teased updos.

Birdie turned 14 last month, and Philipps posted a message to celebrate. Days go slow but the years fly so fast, she said with a picture of Birdie curled up on the couch with the family dog.
Before Birdie and Cricket Pearl, both 9, returned to school earlier this week, Phillips uploaded a photo in which she expressed her regret over her children’s youth.
“I discovered ancient photos that were stuck on a card. I wonder if people who have lots of kids keep having them because they can’t remember the baby stuff and they want to go back and do it again so they can try to hold on to it better, only that doesn’t work because every baby is different so it’s always gonna be new and really what you probably ACTUALLY want is to go back and have another chance to baby the babies you already had one more time, just so that maybe you could remember a little bit more…” the mom of two shared in the caption.
“I don’t miss being a mother. However, I do miss my own older children when they were babies since I feel like I missed a lot of it. 👶😭👶”
Philipps reflected on her experience working while pregnant last year as Birdie approached her 13th birthday. Prior to now, Philipps shared a flashback picture from her 2008 guest appearance on Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, when she was expecting Birdie.

Additionally, when Birdie got the position on With Love, the man who had been an AD trainee on that programme was already working there as the second AD! What are the possibilities? Also. Birdie was almost 10 pounds, but I did acquire a lot more weight overall.”
