Bea And Her Business has shared new single ‘We’re Not The Same’.
The singer enters 2025 with alacrity, following a slew of accolades. Each song she delivers seems to go viral, with Bea And Her Business recently selling out London venue KOKO.
Making her debut in New York and LA, the world is preparing itself for Bea’s onslaught – and there’s a new single to pave the way.
Zesty alt-pop with a dose of indie in its veins, ‘We’re Not The Same’ is about two friends drifting apart as they grow older – it’s a message of realism, and self-awareness, while learning to separate yourself from toxicity.
She comments…
‘We’re Not The Same’ is about growing apart from a childhood best friend. We went from being totally inseparable to biting each other’s heads off 24/7. It all became quite toxic and I was so exhausted by the end which is what I think this song encapsulates. This song is coming to terms with the fact that growing up and maturing can sometimes mean you lose a friendship that you once valued a lot.
