Before Google’s hardware launch, the entire specs for the Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro were leaked.

And the Pixel 7 Pro far outperforms the iPhone 14 Pro.

According to the most recent reports, the Google Pixel 7 and Google Pixel 7 Pro’s camera enhancements may be more significant than we initially anticipated. Additionally, one or more of the features surpasses those of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

According to a translated specifications sheet posted by the Google News Telegram channel(opens in new tab) (seen by 9to5Google(opens in new tab)) and leaked advertisements for the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro from SnoopyTech on Twitter, even though the hardware initially seems familiar, there are improvements to be found on both the regular and Pro models (opens in new tab).

The technical specifications are in line with earlier rumours and expectations; both phones include 50MP primary, 12MP ultrawide, and 10.8MP selfie cameras, with the Pixel 7 Pro adding a 48MP telephoto lens. The amount of zoom these cameras can acquire has improved though.

Google Pixel 7 Pro zoom outperforms the iPhone 14 Pro.
The Google Pixel 6’s 7x Super Res Zoom is now up to 8x on the Pixel 7 when utilising the primary camera, according to the specifications sheet. The Pixel 7 Pro, however, increases the 4x optical zoom of the Pixel 6 Pro to 5x, with a combined maximum magnification of 30x when using both optical and digital zoom.
