Britney Spears’ 15-year-old son, Jayden, explains why he and Sean, 16, did not attend her wedding.

Jayden explained who was invited to Britney’s wedding and how that influenced his and Sean’s decision to skip it.

Britney Spears’ sons Sean, 16, and Jayden, 15, have spoken out about why they did not attend their mother’s wedding to Sam Asghari in June. According to DailyMail, the singer’s two teenagers, whom she shares with her ex-husband Kevin Federline, were candid about missing the wedding, saying it wasn’t a “good time to go” in an interview with documentary film maker Daphne Barak for ITV. Britney’s representatives have been contacted about the new interview by HollywoodLife.

According to the news source, Jayden explained, “At the time, it just wasn’t a good time to go.” “I’m not saying I’m not happy for her; I’m really happy for them,” she says, “but she didn’t invite the entire family, and if it was just me and Preston, I don’t see how that situation could have ended on good terms.”

Unfortunately, the “Toxic” performer’s relationship with her only children is not currently “on good terms.” Britney has been publicly feuding with Kevin after he criticised her parenting in an interview, claiming Sean and Jayden have decided not to see their mother right now. “It saddens me to hear that my ex husband has decided to discuss the relationship between me and my children,” Britney wrote on Instagram. As we all know, raising adolescent boys is never easy.”

Kevin also claimed Britney’s recent provocative social media selfies were a large part of the problem, calling it “tough” for the boys, especially given their age. Britney responded to the comments, saying, “It concerns me, and the reason is based on my Instagram.” It had been a LONG time before Instagram.”

In the Barak interview, Jayden stressed that there was “no hatred” between the boys and their mother, but he admitted that “repairing their fractured relationship will take a lot of time and effort,” according to the outlet. “I 100% believe this can be fixed,” the adolescent added. It will just take a lot of time and effort. I simply want her to improve mentally. I really want to see her when she gets better.”
