Burna Boy’s latest freestyle in Kenya sparks buzz amid ongoing drama

Afrobeats superstar Burna Boy has debuted his newly composed freestyle, Lamboduring a live performance in Kenya, turning his response to a recent controversy into a musical spectacle.

The freestyle surfaced following allegations from Nigerian socialite Sophia Egbiawho claimed that Burna Boy had promised to buy her a Lamborghini in exchange for an intimate encounter—an accusation that quickly went viral.

Rather than directly addressing the claims, Burna Boy channeled the controversy into creativity with a freestyle, crafting Lambo shortly after arriving in Kenya. The track quickly gained traction online, leading him to perform it for a lively audience during a recent show.

During his performance, Burna Boy engaged fans, encouraging them to chant “Opueh,” a slang term often associated with sexual encounters. The crowd’s enthusiastic response only added to the buzz surrounding the situation, fueling even more discussions across social media.

Though the Grammy-winning singer is yet to issue a direct statement on the allegations, his freestyle has become a trending topic, further solidifying his reputation for turning controversy into entertainment.
