OnePlus 11 Pro

Discover the OnePlus 11 Pro’s rounded camera hump for the first time.

In addition, wild reports suggest that the phone may debut before the end of the year.

Only one month after the OnePlus 10T’s announcement, we are already learning more about the company’s upcoming major flagship. A rendering of the OnePlus 11 Pro was developed by Steve Hemmerstoffer (aka OnLeaks) and SmartPrix, and it appears that the device’s arrival is imminent. These pictures are “based on an early prototype of the device,” according to the report.

Naturally, each year the camera bump needs to take on a new aesthetic, thus the OnePlus 11 Pro now has a sizable circle on its rear. This circle rests on what appears to be the same platform as the camera bumps on the OnePlus 10 and 10 T phones.

The OnePlus signature alert switch is one returning feature that wasn’t included in the OnePlus 10T. You may choose between vibration and silent mode with this three-position switch on the phone’s side.

With a hole-punch camera and a display that curves along the long sides, the front appears to have remained largely intact. But rather of being in the middle of the screen, the front camera in these renders is located in the top-left corner. The phone will most likely be powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, which will be found in most 2023 major Android devices, aside from that.

We’re still waiting for the Oppo-ified, more China-focused OnePlus to establish a regular release schedule. The OnePlus 10 Pro was unveiled on January 4 in China, but it wasn’t until mid-April that it arrived in the US. The craziest OnePlus rumours coming out of China suggest that this date may be moved up a little, with OnePlus’ “2023 flagship” actually debuting in December 2022 rather than January 2023. Although even a December release would not guarantee that OnePlus’ product would be the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 phone in the fiercely competitive Chinese market, the timing of new smartphone launches mostly depends on the readiness of Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. Xiaomi, which typically releases its new flagship models in December, is reported to do it this year in November.
