DJ Bongzreal name Bongani Dlamini has purchased a nightclub in Durban, making him the owner of Viewz Urban Grill and Rooftop (formerly known as Views at 25).
Sources close to Bongz said he saw the business as another means to make more money outside the music business.
“Bongz always believed that artists should have other avenues to generate income, rather than focusing on bookings and music. He hasn’t been in the country recently as he was meeting investors abroad, so little did we know he’d buy Views,” said the source.
The 48-year-old DJ said the nightclub will be opening soon.
“It’s going to be lit. We launch soon,” he told TshishaLIVE.
