Gospel musician turned media personality, Empress Gifty, has come under fire from netizens for being a hypocrite after warning that anyone who talks about her new and expensive, $1,200 veneers is going to get sued.
Gifty in a new video has warned that anyone who says something about her that she doesn’t like will receive a court summons from her starting next week.
She said going forward, people are going to have to respect the Empress brand or she will drag them to court.
Her announcement comes after she turned up on social media with a completely new face and teeth a few weeks after her mum’s death, sparking numerous reactions.
Social media users were stunned at her new look, as aside from her teeth her face looked like it had undergone some reconstruction as well.
Reports allege she went for some fillers for her lips and other parts of her face on top of getting new veneers.
Amidst all the gossiping about her new look, Empress Gifty has shot a warning to people to be careful what they say about her.

However, her comments did not sit down well with some netizens who dragged her for being hypocritical as she hosts a show that is purely about talking about other people’s issues yet, she wants to sue others for talking about her.
“Coming from someone who hosts a show that talks about people 🙄” one fan reacted to her threat of legal action.
