We’ve seen enough Pixel Watch renders since Google I/O earlier this year. Even package leaks have been observed in retail establishments. It appears that someone has now actually obtained the device and is flaunting it.
Prior to Google’s hardware showcase on October 6, another forthcoming Google gadget has been discovered, almost becoming a trend. The device in question is Google’s eagerly awaited Pixel Watch, which was posted on Reddit this afternoon. The Redditor not only described it, but also took pictures of the smartwatch.
The customer claims in the post that the watch is slimmer than they had anticipated. Additionally, they claim that they were unable to turn the device on.
As for what the unboxing revealed, the watch is wrapped around a piece of cylindrical cardboard, sitting on what appears to be a magnetic charging puck. What appears to be the wire attached to the charging puck is located within the cardboard cylinder. There is enough for the instruction manual as well.
But most significantly, we get two close-up images of the smartwatch. Even though the screen is off, these pictures still give you an excellent idea of how thick the bezels are.
Even though there isn’t much to be learned from these pictures alone, we already have a good idea of what to expect from the gadget. According to other details we are aware of, the device will need a companion app to set up, it will have strong Fitbit connectivity, it will debut alongside the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, and the Wi-Fi model may cost $349.99.
