The Guinean born, now Margate-based, singer and percussionist is a vital figure, matching invention, verse, and colour in his projects. Freshly signed to expanding tastemaker imprint Eat Your Own Ears Recordings, new single ‘LDN Girl’ is a breathless move forwards.
Packed with colour, it spins a tale of a chance meeting, blending afrobeats influenced production with neat electronics, and a pop twist.
Irresistibly catchy, ‘LDN Girl’ was produced alongside close collaborator Ghost Cultureand it also features North London punk rapperTaliaBle.
Falle comments…
‘LDN Girl’ originated from my wife who used to say that she was a London Girl. I was inspired by that as well as the vibrance, energy and vibes of the Notting Hill Carnival and Brixton, where I’ve spent a lot of time performing and discovering new music.
Tune in now.
