Indie-pop singer-songwriter Fiona Grey releases her brand-new single/music video, “Call Me Daisy,” an appetizer to her forthcoming album, Adult Tantrumsslated for release in March 2025.

A song about discovering refuge in queer clubs after going through the trauma of sexual assault, “Call Me Daisy” sees Grey using her doppelganger Daisy as a means of escape and a way to regain her identity – finding power through the stranger within.

Grey has performed around the world, galvanizing audiences with her live shows, including her Cult Classic Tour across North America, headlining in Manchester and London, to her notable Edinburgh Fringe 2018 run. In addition, Grey has performed at elite venues like Troubadour, Moroccan Lounge, Echo, Schubas, and Waiting Room. She’s shared the stage with Charli XCX, Foals, and worked with KITTEN.

Voted LA’s Best Pop Artist, Grey broke through with the release of “What You Want,” followed by a series of captivating singles and EPs, including “You Are Loved,” “High Low,” “Beer Drunk Glory Days,” and “Cavalier.”

Talking about “Cavalier,” Grey told Larry McClain, “‘Cavalier’ was one of the songs that inspired me to go back into the studio and make my debut LP versus just making an EP. I felt like I had so much more to say and I’m so proud of what Steven Colyer and I were able to create with this track!”

“Call Me Daisy” rolls out on a vibrant, funk-lite rhythm topped by Grey’s deliciously flavored vocals and uniquely chic phrasing. A dreamy, almost psychedelic bridge leads to the elevated chorus where Grey’s voice shines with fiery energy and luscious alluring tones.

“Call me Daisy / Call me anything you like / You don’t know me / You don’t know what’s on my mind right now / I can dance with whoever that I like / Just keep the music loud / I came here just to be somebody new / A reinvention from the girl you thought you knew.”

With her distinctive, enticing delivery, on “Call Me Daisy,” Fiona Grey reveals seductive feistiness combined with cool flirtiness.
