Gigi Hadid has announced that she will give her Fashion Week proceeds to Ukraine.

Gigi Hadid has committed to give her Fashion Week earnings to needy Ukrainians. Pascal Le Segretain (French: Pascal Le Segretain)Gigi Hadid will give her Fashion Week profits to Ukrainians who are suffering as a result of the Russian invasion this season.

“I am vowing to contribute my earnings from the Fall 2022 shows to help people suffering from the war in Ukraine, as well as continuing to support those enduring the same in Palestine,” Hadid posted on Instagram on Sunday, citing model Mica Argaaraz as an example.

The model, who is 26 years old, noted that while she has no control over when she needs to work, she does have power over how she uses her employment to help others.

“Because of Fashion Month’s established timetable, my colleagues and I are frequently presenting new fashion collections amid terrible and traumatic eras in history,” she wrote. “We don’t have much influence over our job schedules for the most part, but we’d want to walk ‘for’ something.”

According to Forbes, Hadid is one of the highest-paid models in the world. She stated her sympathies are with people suffering from “human injustice” and that war harms the innocent.

“We must keep our eyes and hearts open to all forms of human injustice.” Beyond politics, ethnicity, and religion, may we all view each other as brothers and sisters. “At the end of the day, innocent lives, not leaders, pay the price for war,” she wrote. “UKRAINE, KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF. PALESTINE, GET OUT OF MY WAY. PEACE, PEACE, PEACE

Several admirers and other fashionistas praised Hadid for her kindness in the comments section.

Helena Christensen wrote, “Setting a gracious example my dear buddy.”

“Peace to everyone!” Diane von Furstenberg was also present.

“I adore you,” Argaaraz wrote, who had previously stated her intention to give her Fashion Month salary to the cause.

Several red heart emojis were used by Elsa Hosk and Donatella Versace in their comments.
