On Tuesday, Google revealed the date of its October 1 launch event for the new Pixel smartphone and its first-ever wristwatch.
According to a Google blog post, a number of new products, including the Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, and the Pixel Watch, will be unveiled at the Made by Google event on October 6 in New York. That day will also see the introduction of new Nest smart home products, according to the business.
Starting on October 6, customers will be able to purchase the new products both online and at Google’s physical storefronts in the New York City region.
According to Google’s blog post, the soon-to-debut Pixel Watch seeks to “bring together Google’s helpfulness and Fitbit’s health and fitness expertise.” Fitbit’s acquisition by Google, which cost $2.1 billion, was first disclosed in late 2019 and finalised in January 2021.

The wristwatch, the Pixel 7, and the Pixel 7 Pro were all previewed by the firm in May 2022 during its yearly developer conference.
As one of its rivals, Apple, plans to host its “Far Out” event on Wednesday at its headquarters in Cupertino, California, Google has announced the product launch event. At the event, Apple is anticipated to release the iPhone 14 and the most recent Apple Watch model.
