Heatstroke is caused by dehydration, extended sun exposure, and physical activity in hot weather. Summer sun exposure may induce heatstroke.
Heatwaves and heat strokes are difficult to combat. Drink cold drinks to help chill the body and hydrate. Cool down with cooling blankets or ice.
Take a cold bath to quickly reduce body temperature. After that, eat well to prevent nausea. Wear loose, comfy clothing. Avoid long-distance travel during high solar hours. Avoid drugs that increase body temperature and consume plenty of homemade juice and fruits.
