How to add a phone number for Blizzard’s SMS Protect in Overwatch 2

To play Overwatch 2, you must register a phone number with Blizzard.

 

When Overwatch 2 launches on October 4, you’ll need to input your phone number as part of Activision Blizzard’s SMS Protect function in order to play. The same holds true for freshly formed Call of Duty: Modern Warfare accounts as well as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 when it launches.

Join Battle.net by going there.
