In response to recent comments Olivia Wilde made about him, Jordan Peterson is making a statement.
When the actress claimed that Peterson is the inspiration for Chris Pine’s evil role in her movie Don’t Worry Darling during a Sept. 1 interview with Interview Magazine, the author broke down in tears. During an appearance on Piers Morgan Uncensored on September 28, Peterson said, “People have been after me for a long time because I’ve been speaking to disaffected young men—what a terrible thing to do, that is.” “I believed that the voiceless should be heard,” the speaker said.
Wilde continued by referring to Peterson as “this insane man” who is a “pseudo-intellectual hero to the incel community,” a term he cannot support. Peterson has garnered attention over the years for his contentious views and, most notably, his public declaration that he would not comply with a Canadian law that he saw as a threat to free speech.
It’s challenging to comprehend how disheartened individuals are, and many young men fall into that category, the speaker said. You also receive casual remarks like “These incels.”
“Well, these males, they don’t know how to make themselves beautiful to women, who are very fussy,” he said, explaining his understanding of the phrase.

Peterson “is someone that legitimises certain components of their movement because he’s a former professor, he’s an author, he wears a suit, so they feel like this is a real idea that should be taken seriously,” the Booksmart director said during her interview.
Peterson stated that he supports the decisions these men make and wishes that people wouldn’t criticise their way of life.
“So go ahead, women, be fussy. Man, that’s your gift “He went on. “Set high expectations for your men. All right. However, everyone denigrates the alienated, lonely, and unwilling males who don’t want to work.”
Peterson, though, tells Morgan that he isn’t too concerned about the director’s remarks since “as far as critiques go, that was kind of low-level.”
He said, “The first thing I did when Olivia Wilde made those remarks was go look at the promo for her movie, which I quite liked. “I had planned to watch the movie, and maybe I still will. I wasn’t very bothered about it.”
The 1950s-set psychological thriller, which also stars Chris Pine, Florence Pugh, and Harry Styles, is currently playing in theatres.
