Katie Maloney accuses Scheana of being responsible for Tom Schwartz and Raquel Leviss’s hookup.

Page Six can exclusively reveal that Katie Maloney is “blaming” Scheana Shay for Tom Schwartz’s recent hookup with Raquel Leviss.

“Raquel and Schwartz 100% hooked up during Scheana’s wedding,” a production source confirms, citing the inspiration for the current “Vanderpump Rules” drama.

“Katie is upset with Scheana because she blames her for Raquel and Schwartz hooking up.”

 

Leviss, 27, and Schwartz, 39, are both “super easygoing” and “can be a bit passive” at times, according to the source.

“So who was going to make the first move?” the insider wonders, adding, “Katie believes Scheana’s encouragement gave Raquel and Schwartz the green light to pursue a relationship.”

 

The source goes on to say that Maloney, 35, is “very annoyed over the situation” — and not because her estranged husband is exploring other romantic connections in the wake of their divorce.

“She’s just irritated because he decided to hook up with a girl in their circle of friends,” says an insider. “She’s blaming Scheana. “

According to a second source, Maloney was the one who first suggested that Schwartz and Leviss go for it.

 

“She planted the seed,” says the insider. “It was Katie who first floated the idea. ‘They’d be really cute together,’ she said to Scheana. Scheana simply relayed the message to Raquel later: “Katie thinks you and Schwartz would make a great match and has given her blessing.”

 

“It’s quite odd that Katie is directing her angst at Scheana, even though Scheana didn’t make out with anyone,” the source adds.

Maloney, Shay, Schwartz, and Leviss representatives did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

 

In the July 22 episode of Shay’s podcast “Scheananigans,” Schwartz discussed his split from Maloney and admitted that their relationship may have caused him to overlook Leviss.

“I was so caught up in my own little world, and I was married — I never took the time to get to know Raquel,” the co-founder of Schwartz & Sandy told Shay, 37.

“She was always serene. I just never made the time to invest in her. That’s a terrible way of putting it. “I never really gave her a chance,” he went on to say. “She has a lot of depth and character.” “I believe I wrote her off.”

 

Schwartz’s comments came less than a month before he and Leviss kissed at Shay and Brock Davies’ wedding in Mexico on August 23, which was filmed for “Pump Rules” Season 10.

Maloney was also in Mexico during the wedding and had drinks with fellow castmates, including James Kennedy, who was previously engaged to Leviss, and Kristina Kelly, who frequently appears in episodes.

But Maloney did not attend the party because Shay’s now-husband, Davies, 31, claimed the “You’re Gonna Love Me” podcast host was “disinvited” — most likely due to the ladies’ ongoing feud.

 

Schwartz and Maloney began dating in September 2010 and tied the knot in front of Bravo cameras in August 2016. aGFVCz4X

 

Maloney filed for divorce in March 2022, admitting that it was the “most difficult thing” she had ever done.

Season 10 of “Vanderpump Rules” has yet to be announced by Bravo.
