On Your Side: Bass Pro Shops expresses regret for the Garth Brooks performance issues and promises to make things right.

(KY3) RIDGEDALE, Mo Fans of Garth Brooks who had issues during the concerts at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena have been offered an apology.

Bass Pro managers promised to make it right after reading this On Your Side article. While thousands of concert-goers arrived early and had no problems, other fans told us they never made it inside or arrived at the very end of the concert because of traffic and shuttle problems.

People with disabilities also voiced problems.

Leaders of Bass Pro agreed to address these issues with KY3’s Ashley Reynolds on camera.

Garth Brooks performing for 80,000 fans in a brand-new arena was one of the most fantastic iconic musicians ever, according to Jeff Wilhoit.

For more than 25 years, Wilhoit has worked for Bass Pro Shops. He claims that an outside business was contracted to organise these performances.

“We worked with a business called ASM Global. They hold sizable events across the nation, according to Wilhoit.

According to Wilhoit, ASM Global collaborates with FEMA. The majority of the shuttles intended for the performance were taken by FEMA when the hurricane hit Florida.

“On Friday night, we had to search hard simply to find some. We’d never advise somebody to stroll down Highway 86, the man stated.

Wilhoit viewed this clip from our narrative. Help was needed for two elderly women using walkers.

“Honestly, it’s heartbreaking. Knowing what to say to certain people is difficult. There were some for whom Friday night’s situation was unquestionably difficult. It breaks your heart to see such people.

Particularly the ADA individuals who had trouble entering. Again, for the vast majority of people, it was not only an amazing concert, it was the concert of a lifetime,” said Wilhoit.

Wilhoit said that the facility will advance as a result of this experience.

“You are going to have issues whenever you open something totally new, especially an arena of this scale,” he remarked.

“There are thousands of families who spent a lot of money that night to never even get in the venue,” Reynolds stated during the interview. What would you like to tell them? It was her.

“I need to say sorry. We sincerely regret that they did not. Many people, for the most part, had a great time. That overhead photo clearly shows that the 20,000 attendees had an amazing time. But we sincerely apologise to those who were unable to attend, particularly on Friday night when we faced difficulties, the speaker remarked.

When asked what she was doing to put things right, Reynolds retorted, “To those families, I think they would follow up and ask.”

“We’ll make things right with people. We want to make things right with folks if they were turned away or got in for the last song, for example. Johnny Morris does not work to defraud people of their money.

Thunder Ridge is a non-profit organisation. According to Wilhoit, “(The) Johnny Morris Foundation and all of the proceeds from that concert go back to conservation.
