One-netbook has finally announced pricing for the ONEXPLAYER 2, its next-generation gaming handheld. To be available from US$899 with early bird pricing, the ONEXPLAYER 2 will cost up to US$1,429 via Indiegogo when it goes live later this week.

One-netbook has changed the Indiegogo campaign launch date for the ONEXPLAYER 2 again, having last done so at the end of November. For reference, One-netbook had hoped to start crowdfunding the ONEXPLAYER 2 on November 25. However, it then postponed this launch date to December 20, with deliveries set for March or April 2023.

Now, the company has brought forward the Indiegogo start date to December 18. While its ONEXPLAYER website reflects the previous December 20 launch date, One-netbook confirmed via Discord that the Indiegogo campaign will commence at 16:00 PST, or 00:00 UTC on December 19. The company claims that the ONEXPLAYER 2 has received a price cut too, although we cannot find any earlier pricing details.

According to One-netbook, the ONEXPLAYER 2 will start at US$899 with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. However, this is early bird pricing, for which One-netbook tends to assign to a handful of units. Instead, most people should be able to purchase the ONEXPLAYER 2 from US$989. So far, One-netbook has confirmed that the gaming handheld will come in five memory configurations, all with the AMD Ryzen 7 6800U.

  • 16 GB RAM/512 GB storage – US$899 (early bird)/ US$989 (Indiegogo price)
  • 16 GB RAM/1 TB storage – US$999 (early bird)/ US$1,099 (Indiegogo price)
  • 16 GB RAM/2 TB storage – US$1,099 (early bird)/ US$1,209 (Indiegogo price)
  • 32 GB RAM/1 TB storage – US$1,099 (early bird)/ US$1,209 (Indiegogo price)
  • 32 GB RAM/2 TB storage – US$1,299 (early bird)/ US$1,429 (Indiegogo price)
