The internet is abuzz with talk of rising star Mike Infante, a Sacramento Native . From Stage acting to the screen it has been revealed on IMDB he has joined the cast of Freaky Tales directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck . The actor appears alongside Pedro Pascal, Ben Mendelsohn, Jack Champion, Angus Cloud , Dominique Throne , Keir Gilchrist and Michelle Farrah Huang and many more. The film will be financed by eOne with the studio’s Jillian Share, Jen Gorton, and Chanel Vidal overseeing the film’s production with Share and Gorton executive producing. MACRO Film Studios’ Jelani Johnson and Poppy Hanks will serve as producers and Charles D. King and James F. Lopez as executive producers. Also executive producing are Too $hort and his manager David Weintraub, while Grammy-winning Oakland native Raphael Saadiq is overseeing the film’s music.
There have been speculations that the transformation hints at many projects. Since his debut as an actor, Mike Infante has been in several movies, including The Sound of Streets, No Address, Mother.
Infante was last seen on Stage last year when he played Austin in The Other Room. The movie, which featured talented, fast-rising actors, a few Sacramento locals, and up-and-coming entrepreneurs, has continued to attract massive attention, with many praising the theme. The Other Room spreads a message of love and hope. It’s all about supporting each other and growing together. The 21-year-old has now begun working on his 2023 projects. Infante was recently revealed as part of the cast in the new movie, Pimpin Aint Easy by Zakius Boquet, which is set to be released later in the year.
Sources have yet to confirm what role Infante is playing or when Freaky Tales will be released , but going by his stats so far, it’s safe to say this will be a big debut for him

Infante was born with cerebral palsy. He has been very vocal about his experiences with cerebral palsy and how it impacted his career, using this to empower and inspire others and even push for authentic representation of people living with disabilities in films and television. Infante understands the challenges of living with cerebral palsy and how difficult it can be for people living with disabilities to make it, not only in the entertainment world. Through sharing his story, he hopes to show others they can also do it and that they should not give up on their dreams or let what society thinks of them stop them from pursuing what they want.
