Music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing additional legal troubles as three male plaintiffs filed lawsuits on Thursday accusing him of drugging and raping them between 2019 and 2022. The allegations, brought forward by attorney Thomas Giuffra in New York’s Supreme Courtadd to a mounting list of claims against the Bad Boy Records founder.

The lawsuits detail harrowing accounts of alleged sexual assaults at parties hosted by Combs. Two plaintiffs claim they attended events where Diddy personally offered them drinks that rendered them unconscious, after which they were assaulted.

One victim alleges the assault occurred in 2019 at a private afterparty following a meeting at Marquee nightclub in New York. He claimed to have briefly regained consciousness during the attack and witnessed two individuals recording the incident while Diddy assaulted him. The plaintiff also stated he was later offered $2,500 by the rapper.

A second plaintiff recounted a similar experience at a summer 2020 party at Diddy’s East Hampton residence, claiming that he became unconscious after consuming a drink provided by the music executive. While “fading in and out of consciousness,” the man alleged that Diddy and members of Bad Boy Entertainment assaulted him.

The third accuser, a former employee of Diddy since 2006, alleges that in February 2020, he was drugged and assaulted during a meeting to discuss unpaid wages at a hotel. He claimed Combs warned him that reporting the incident to authorities would be futile.

Giuffra revealed that his office has received claims from over 60 individuals regarding alleged abuse by Combs. After thorough investigation, three cases were selected to pursue in court.

Diddy’s legal representatives have dismissed the claims, calling them “full of lies.” They vowed to prove the allegations false and pursue sanctions against the lawyers involved.

The lawsuits come amid an already dire legal battle for Combs, who was arrested on September 16 on sex trafficking and racketeering charges. A federal indictment accuses the 55-year-old of sexually abusing 120 individuals, including a 9-year-old boy.

US Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky has ordered Diddy to remain in custody as he awaits trial, which is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025. If convicted, Combs faces life imprisonment for the racketeering charge and a mandatory minimum of 15 years for sex trafficking.

The controversy deepened recently when Shawn Carter, better known as Jay-Z, was named in a lawsuit accusing him of raping a 13-year-old girl in connection with Diddy’s alleged criminal network.
