Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears

Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears should be detained and charged right away, the accuser writes in a letter to the district attorney of Los Angeles:

According to reports, the woman who accused Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears of abusing children wants the two of them jailed.

Jane Doe sent a letter to the Los Angeles County District Attorney on Monday, according to NBC News.

According to the publication, Jane stated that she is ready to offer “irrefutable evidence that substantiates our charges.”

According to reports, the anonymous Jane Doe who filed the lawsuit alleging Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears of sexually abusing children is asking the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office to “arrest and prosecute” the two.

The 22-year-old woman known only as Jane Doe wrote to District Attorney George Gascón on Monday, saying, “This matter’s breadth and complexity demand your jurisdictional authorities and resources to handle and terminate the stream (of) depravity done by Haddish and Spears.”

According to the source, the letter stated, “My brother and I are ready to speak with detectives and prosecutors from your office and give you with unquestionable evidence that substantiates our allegations.”

According to The Daily Beast, Jane Doe requested that Gascon “immediately arrest and prosecute” the comics.

According to a complaint filed last Tuesday, The Daily Beast was the first to report that Haddish and Spears were accused of sexually abusing Jane Doe when she was 14 years old and her brother, who is now 15 years old, on separate occasions.

In a 2013 incident, Jane said that Haddish urged her to imitate sexual actions for a routine on camera when she was attending comedy summer camp, making her feel “nervous and disgusted.”

The lawsuit also describes an event from 2014 in which Jane claims that her brother, John Doe, was seen in a clip named “Through A Pedophiles Eyes” by pop star Britney Spears, who was shown “lusting over the 7-year-old youngster and abusing him through the video,” according to Insider. Haddish allegedly attended the filming of the sketch, according to the complaint.

She made a point of mentioning how the incident affected their mental health.

In an Instagram post on Monday, Haddish broke her quiet over the accusations, telling followers that “there is very little that I can say right now.”

Haddish remarked, “But plainly, even though this routine was meant to be comic, it wasn’t funny at all, and I truly regret having agreed to appear in it. I eagerly anticipate being able to discuss this topic in great detail as soon as I can.

Spears’ attorney told PEOPLE that his client “isn’t going to fall for any shakedown,” while Haddish’s attorney told Insider that the plaintiff’s mother has been “trying to pursue these fraudulent claims against Ms. Haddish for numerous years.”

A request for comment from Insider was not immediately answered by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office.
