E! However, the pair secretly got engaged around February 2021 after Khloe rejected Tristan’s proposal in December 2019, according to the news. They remained engaged for nine months before word spread that Tristan was being sued for paternity after having a child with Maralee Nichols.
Theo, a baby boy, was born to Maralee in December 2021. The paternity test revealed Tristan is Theo’s father, and he apologised to Khloe for having an offspring with Maralee the next month.

Seven months after Theo’s birth, another shocking revelation emerged: Several sources verified to E! news that Khloe and Tristan were surrogate parents for their second child broke in July. True, the couple’s 4-year-old daughter, is also theirs.
Khloe and Tristan are solely co-parents, a source close to her said at the time, and the child was conceived through surrogacy before Khloe and the public learned that Tristan was expecting a child with someone else in December.
The Kardashians’ season two opening had viewers seeing Khloe deal with the fallout from the incident, including the birth of their kid.
But understanding of their actuality continued after that. Khloe gave additional insight into her feelings about the matter on the episode that aired on September 29. She also disclosed that she had turned down a prior proposal from Tristan.
She stated of Tristan on-screen, “We were in the nicest place we were. I don’t even want to know what you do when our relationship is at its lowest point. “So when we’re at the height of our relationship, you go ahead and cheat on me.”
The news that Tristan and Khloe are engaged comes after Khloe repeatedly caught people’s attention while wearing a massive dazzling ring on that finger. Khloe actually started wearing the ring in February 2021.
She said in the caption of a picture showing her engagement ring at the time, “New @goodamerican shoes are dropping 2.25,” when E! Khloe responded “yes! They are” when host Morgan Stewart inquired, “Are they?” Fans felt she was announcing her engagement to Tristan, but Khloe subsequently clarified. She responded, “My response was to the question ‘are they?’ My reaction is ‘Yep they are. Meaning, sure, the sneakers will be available on 2.25.
It’s still unclear whether the sparkling gemstone Khloe uploaded a close-up of in April 2021 was an engagement ring or not. One user commented, “This HAS to be an engagement ring,” while another added, “Koko you’re trolling us with the ring.”
E! Khloe’s representative and Tristan’s attorney have been contacted by News, but have not responded.
