US$1.5 Million Lawsuit Against Holy Ten?: Prophet Uebert Angel Breaks Silence

Prophet Uebert Angel’s spokesperson has dismissed a viral letter claiming that he and musician Mudiwa Hood are suing rapper Holy Ten for US$1.5 million over alleged defamatory statements made during a podcast interview with DJ Ollah 7.

Speaking exclusively to iararea representative from The Good News Church (TGNC) stated that the letter of demand was completely fake and that they were seeing it for the first time. The spokesperson urged the public to disregard it.

The spokesperson also clarified that Uebert Angel’s legal counsel is Professor Lovemore Madhuku and that he would never use any other lawyer. Additionally, they pointed out several irregularities in the letter, including how Angel’s name was presented.

“Uebert Angel has absolutely no idea about this letter, its contents or whatever is said to have been said by the said individuals. He is away on an investment and business trip. Furthermore, the said attorneys are not his lawyers – his lawyer is Madhuku. And, to avoid confusion, Uebert Angel is his government name. Not a professional name but the name on his birth certificate, his ID and his passport,” the spokesperson explained.

Flaunt Weeekly Details of the Fake Letter

The viral letter falsely claimed that Holy Ten was ordered to issue a public apology within 24 hours and refrain from making any further statements—directly or indirectly—about Uebert Angel or Mudiwa Hood.

It also alleged that in addition to the US$1.5 million, Mudiwa and Angel’s supposed lawyers demanded Holy Ten transfer all his immovable property and vehicles to Mudiwa Hood as compensation. The assets listed included residential and commercial properties, as well as any vehicles registered in Holy Ten’s name.

The letter further stated that Holy Ten had 72 hours to comply or face legal action.
