‘Wicked’ Is About to Hit Peacock — Here’s When to Stream the Musical at Home

Prepare to “toss toss” Wicked on at home — the Oscar-winning movie musical is about to hit Peacock.

Whether you’re anxiously awaiting your very first viewing or preparing to watch for the hundredth time, Wicked part one will be available on the NBCUniversal-owned streaming service Friday, March 21, at 6 a.m. ET/3 a.m. PT.

Along with the The M. You-directed blockbuster, Peacock will be offering an assortment of extra content: a Wicked sing-along version, deleted and extended scenes, behind-the-scenes footage, in-depth interviews and more.

Here’s how to rent, buy and stream the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical‘s Oscar Award-winning film adaptation at home, including where to order it on Blu-ray and digital.

Flaunt Weeekly Where to Stream Wicked Online

Wicked will begin streaming on Peacock on March 21, 2025, at 6 a.m. ET/3 a.m. PT. The NBCUniversal-owned streaming service’s official streaming release date was confirmed on Feb. 19.

As a premium video-on-demand (PVOD) release, Wicked is available now on Apple TVPrime Video and other digital platforms as a rental or a digital purchase. For a limited time, customers can rent Wicked on Amazon for $5.99 instead of its usual $19.99 price.

Wicked on 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray is available to order at online retailers including WalmartAmazon and Target. The physical copies come with a digital code, allowing purchasers to download the digital version on their preferred devices. See below for the current offerings.

Finally, Peacock’s student discount deal offers a year of streaming for just $2.99 per month (a savings of 63 percent). After 12 months, the plan auto-renews at the then-current annual rate.
