Wilshire Smile Studio, The Popular LA-Based Multi-Specialty Dental Practice, Has Taken the Discomfort Out of Dentistry

For many people, a visit to the dentist’s office is nothing more than an unpleasant chore that they must complete a couple times a year. With sterile offices, white walls, and blinding lights, many dental practices don’t offer a welcoming environment.

That’s why Dr. Igal Elyassi and his team have committed to providing the most comfortable dental experience possible. Dr. Elyassi’s office is located on Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, affording his patients a panoramic view of LA, including the iconic Hollywood Sign.

With state-of-the-art technology, world-class surgeons, and superior service, Dr. Elyassi breaks the stigma of going to the dentist. For the last twenty years, he and his team have been constantly improving the patient experience, while also helping patients to maintain their dental hygiene and aesthetic goals.

An Art and a Science

After Dr. Elyassi graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, he was eager to leave his mark in the dental field and looking for the right opportunity to build his own office.

He was always attracted to the art of dentistry. “It is a combination of art and science that has the ability to transform people’s lives,” says Dr. Elyassi. This love of art, combined with his own memories of unpleasant childhood visits to the dentist, formed a desire to build a dental practice that patients looked forward to visiting.

The Perfect View

With several years of professional experience under his belt, he found the perfect opportunity to build his dream office. After connecting with a local dentist who was moving his practice to a different city, Dr. Elyassi knew it was time to step out on his own. “The office had an open layout with the most beautiful view of Los Angeles, I just knew it was it,” says Dr. Elyassi. Soon enough, he had established the famous Wilshire Smile Studio.

In the ensuing decades, he has built a loyal base of patients that keep coming back for the superior experience that his office provides. Dr. Elyassi explains his success and longevity, “It’s the little things. A cup of coffee, a bottle of water, and taking your time to care for the patient goes a long way.

People First

In a nearly $165 billion industry, it is easy to understand how dental care can become impersonal. While most chain offices are run by private equity firms that are looking for the maximum ROI at the expense of the patient’s experience, Dr. Elyassi has remained dedicated to putting people first: “Dentistry requires very personable care. You are working in people’s mouths, so you need to make them comfortable.”

This mindset even affects the tools and procedures that he uses. “In most cases, we use a digital scanner instead of taking molds. We take time to make sure the music and the aroma is pleasant. Everything is done to avoid discomfort and provide quality care.”

About Dr. Elyassi

With over two decades of experience, Dr. Elyassi has committed his life to perfecting the art of dentistry: an art that he believes is best viewed as a partnership between the patient and their dentist. While offering the best treatment options available is a priority, providing consistent and comfortable care is of the utmost importance to Dr. Elyassi and his team.

Located on the famous Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, his team serves the Los Angeles community and patients from other cities with professional care. You can learn more about Dr. Elyassi and his amazing team by visiting their website or following them on social media.
