Following a passionate dinner date in New York City on Wednesday, Dua Lipa and Trevor Noah ignited dating rumours.
According to images obtained by Daily Mail, the singer-songwriter, 27, and the comedian, 38, were seen having a private supper at Miss Lily’s, a Jamaican eatery in the East Village.
An eyewitness informed the newspaper that “they were quietly sat away from everyone else the eatery.” They sat closely together during the meal, making it obvious that they liked each other.
The source further disclosed that the couple “left together and walked,” pausing occasionally “for extended embraces” and even “kissing.”
Images from the couple’s date show them seated next to one another inside the restaurant before leaving and taking a stroll. As they walked side by side, talked, and hugged, Noah seemed to kiss Lipa on the cheek.
The pop star, who was born in London, looked natural in a black leather jacket, big blue denim, and kitten heels with leopard print.
The South African native chose an olive green jacket and baggy black slacks to match his date’s style.
Inquiries for comments from Page Six were not promptly answered by the celebrities’ representatives.
Anwar Hadid, a fellow model who is 23 years old, was Lipa’s last known partner. He is the younger brother of Gigi and Bella Hadid.
In December 2021, after more than two years of dating, the two decided to call it quits.
At the time, a source informed People that “Dua and Anwar are now taking a break from their romance and are spending time apart.” They are currently solving problems.
However, the ex-lovers never made their relationship public again.
Noah’s previous relationship ended in May of last year. Minka Kelly, 42, and the talk show host have been dating since 2020.
At the time, a source informed People that the actress had “the nicest attitude” about the breakup and that she was now single.
She is overjoyed. She’d rather not waste her time with the wrong man, the source said, thus she’d prefer to be single.
According to a second person who is close to both Kelly and Noah, they had “been broken up for a while.”
