Birthdays of any of the BTS members are nothing short of a festival, with ARMYs all over the world going all out to celebrate. Fans of the Golden Maknae have organised birthday projects, DJ parties, and installations from Peru to the Philippines to our very own India in the weeks leading up to September 1, the day Jeon Jungkook was born. Many of the celebration themes reflect Jungkook’s 25th birthday this year.
Here’s a look at how the ARMYs have been celebrating this special day.
For Jungkook’s birthday, the world’s largest container shopping mall, ‘Common Ground,’ in Seoul, will be transformed into a special ‘Kuku Themed’ space.
Common Ground is Korea’s first pop-up store, measuring 5,300 square metres and constructed entirely of shipping containers. It is Korea’s first (and world’s largest) shipping container shopping mall, with over 200 shipping containers. Because of its trendy architecture, it is one of the most popular places in Seoul for filming dramas and music videos.
Jungkook’s Magic Shop and Baby Highness big doll in Hongdae, Seoul, has become a major attraction spot, with many fans visiting it on a daily basis to see and photograph it.

A 10-meter-long banner and billboards featuring Jungkook can be found in front of the Hybe building in Seoul.

A Jungkook-themed birthday bus has been seen on Lima’s streets.
A Ferris wheel in Da Nang’s Asian Park, Vietnam, has displayed a light show wishing Jungkook a happy birthday.

Both the Bangtan Boys and their fandom are known for their philanthropic efforts. Some fundraisers have also been organised in Jungkook’s name.
Jungkook fans in Philippines held a special birthday celebration with the theme “Our Golden Maknae Turns Silver Party” at a hotel ballroom in Manila.
Several fanclubs in India have also organised special events. Before JK’s birthday, BTS India Magic Shop hosted Delhi’s first BTS DJ party, and Korean restaurant Pop Seoul is hosting a special event for ARMYs on September
It would be impossible to list all of the activities that BTS fans have planned for Jungkook’s birthday, but you get the idea. All of this demonstrates how much the youngest member of Bangtan is adored and cherished by fans. Let us all wish JK a very happy birthday!!
