Three extremely uncommon GeForce RTX 4090 graphics cards have just been produced by Nvidia in collaboration with CD Projekt Red, the production company behind Cyberpunk 2077. These GPUs include a unique, Cyberpunk 2077-themed backplate, and they are said to be one-of-a-kind.

It won’t be simple to purchase one of Nvidia’s Ada Lovelace flagships when they first become available. The GPUs, which are pricey and will go on sale on October 12 for $1,599, are expected to be in high demand, at least for the initial supply. They won’t compare to these extremely uncommon bespoke GPUs that Nvidia prepared in collaboration with CD Projekt Red, no matter how rare they may be for the first few weeks.
The Cyberpunk 2077 backplate is exclusive to the three RTX 4090 graphics cards, and it doesn’t appear like more of them will be produced in the future, though that could change. The contest, which was launched on Twitter by both firms, is currently the only method to obtain one of these GPUs.
The RTX 4090 won’t apparently ship until the release date, but there will be three challenges, the first two of which will end before the card ever launches. The first challenge is already underway and will end on October 2. The second challenge will begin on October 3 and end on October 9, and the third challenge will begin on October 10 and end on October 16.
What should I do to succeed? It appears that players will need to follow the hints posted on Cyberpunk 2077’s Twitter in order to solve the mystery and then capture screenshots of their progress in-game. The winning screenshot will be the most inventive, and the competition is sure to be strong. Given how pricey the Nvidia Founders Edition is in its original form, it’s impossible to predict what one of these limited-edition devices would fetch in the secondary market.
