Rick rick’s first album is a decade old today
The late South African rapper Rick rick’s debut album Family Values has officially marked its 10th anniversary since its release in April 2015.
The album, which solidified his place in the South African hip-hop scene, continues to be celebrated as a classic.
Sony Music Africa took to social media to honor the milestone, describing Family Values as an iconic project that introduced the world to Rick rickalso known as Boss Zonke.
In their post, they wrote: “This month marks 10 years since Family Values was released in April 2015, a debut album that introduced us to Rick rick Rikhado Makhado aka Boss Zonke. A South African classic Hip Hop album by an icon.”
The anniversary sparked widespread celebration online, with fans, fellow artists, and industry professionals paying tribute to Rick rick’s legacy.
