On August 22, 2022, a source told Hollywood Life that Kourtney and their children cared for Scott in the aftermath. “Scott was not seriously hurt and was able to walk back up the street to his house.” Scott called Kourt and the kids while they were relaxing around the house with the bad news. “They’ve all gone over to Scott’s to check on him, see if he needs anything, and so on,” a source said. Officers arrived on the scene and “contacted the driver, Scott Disick, who was the vehicle’s sole occupant.” According to a Bureau press release, “it was determined that the primary cause of the traffic collision was speed, and alcohol was not a factor.” “Mr. Disick sustained minor, non-life threatening injuries and refused medical attention.” Family members picked him up from the scene, and his vehicle was towed away at his request.”
