SNL is returning from a two-week hiatus, and it has some big hosts and musical guests set.
Mikey Madisonfresh from winning the Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role for Aorwill host on March 29 with Morgan Wallenas musical guest.
Madison is making her SNL hosting debut, while Wallen is making his second appearance. The country singer previously featured in December 2020, two months after he was dropped from an episode after failing to take Covid precautions on a night out.
Black is hosting for the fourth time, and his April 5 episode coincides with his appearance in the A Minecraft Movie, which hits theaters the day before. He will be joined by Elton John and Brandi Carlile as musical guests. John has actually only on SNL only twice, first as musical guest in 1982 and then as host and musical guest in 2011. He has, however, been impersonated a lot on the show. Carlile, meanwhile, has performed twice as a musical guest in 2021 and 2022. Their joint appearance comes as the recently Oscar-nominated duoAlbum Who Believes in Angels? comes out on April 4.

Finally, Jon Hammwho appeared on the SNL50 show, will host on April 12 with Lizzo as musical guest. It will mark his fourth time hosting but the first in 15 years, having previously hosted in 2008 and twice in 2010 during his Mad Men days. It comes as his new Apple TV+ series Your Friends & Neighbors premieres April 11.

Lizzo will also be a fourth timer, having previously performed as musical guest in 2019 and in December 2022 as well as performing double duty in April 2022.
