Tiffany Haddish

Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears must be detained immediately, according to the accuser, in the case of child sexual abuse.

The Jane Doe who is suing the comics lambasted the LAPD for reportedly sitting on her mother’s police report for two years and doing “nothing” in a letter to the LA County District Attorney.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is being urged to “quickly arrest and prosecute” the comedians, according to the Jane Doe who is suing Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears for, among other things, sexually abusing a minor.

Jane Doe filed a pro se lawsuit on Monday on behalf of both herself and her 15-year-old brother, who is referred to as “John” in the complaint. Because of her long-standing friendship with their mother, Haddish was known to Jane and John as a “auntie,” according to the lawsuit. When Haddish and Spears allegedly recruited them for comedic videos in which each youngster was instructed to engage in sexually suggestive behaviours on camera, they were 14 and 7, respectively, according to the complaint.

Jane notes out—as The Daily Beast first reported—that her mother filed a report with Las Vegas police in January 2020, in which she named both Haddish and Spears, in a letter to Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón. (A copy of the report has been obtained by The Daily Beast.) The officer assigned to the case “had done nothing with this allegation,” according to the letter, because Las Vegas officials handed the case to the LAPD.

The conclusion of Jane’s letter to the District Attorney’s Office reads, “This matter’s breadth and complexity demand your jurisdictional authorities and resources to address and terminate the stream depravity done by Haddish and Spears.” “My brother and I are ready to talk with investigators and prosecutors from your office and give you unquestionable proof that supports our claims,” we’ll say.

Haddish’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler, released a statement on her behalf in which he denied the “spurious charges” and said that the mother of the brothers “has been trying to raise these bogus claims against Ms. Haddish for several years.” The Washington Post quoted Spears’ attorney Debra Opri as saying that her client “isn’t going to fall for any shakedown.” On Monday, Haddish released a message to her social media accounts in which she expressed her remorse for agreeing to participate in the lawsuit even though she was legally prohibited from doing so.

The lawsuit asserts that Haddish enlisted Jane, then 14 years old, for a commercial in the summer of 2013. A year later, according to the lawsuit, Haddish allegedly approached John about appearing in a different film that would serve as a sizzle reel for Nickelodeon. Spears and Haddish are accused of asking the kids to engage in sexually explicit behaviour on camera in both instances.

“My brother and I are ready to talk with investigators and prosecutors from your office and give you unquestionable proof that supports our claims,” we’ll say.
According to the complaint, Spears ordered Jane to imitate a video in which a group of co-eds allegedly ate subway sandwiches in a sexually suggestive manner, even down to the noises, when she went into the recording studio to record her commercial in 2013. Haddish allegedly joined the group when Jane remained silent and gave the child instructions on “how to conduct fellatio, including movements, noises, moaning, and groaning,” according to the lawsuit.

In an interview with The Daily Beast, Jane claimed that she made an effort to ignore what had transpired. But the lawsuit asserts that Haddish and Spears’ acts have left Jane, like her brother John, scarred. The lawsuit claims that plaintiff Jane Doe, who is now 22 years old, has never been in a relationship. She fears that she will once more be taken advantage of and led astray by false trust, just as Haddish did.

While Jane allegedly attended the shoot as a chaperone, the lawsuit claims Haddish separated the two upon arrival. John’s video was allegedly shot a year later in Aries Spears’ house. Spears allegedly informed John’s mother that his video had been destroyed, but the lawsuit claims that in 2018, the family learned that a drawing had actually been produced and was still available online. Haddish plays the 7-year-mother old’s in the “The Mind of a Pedophile” video, which was starring Spears as a pedophilic babysitter and was posted online and elsewhere. The mother of the kids was appalled; Funny or Die described it as “absolutely disgusting,” claimed it was uploaded as user-generated content, and claimed they immediately deleted it after becoming aware of its existence.
