According to the lawsuit, Haddish and comedian Aries Spears persuaded a 14-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy to film sexually suggestive video sketches beginning in 2013. The alleged one by the brother and sister was titled “Through a Pedophile’s Eyes” and was uploaded to “Funny or Die.” According to reports, the sketch was removed in 2018.

“However, while this sketch was clearly intended to be comedic, it was not funny at all – and I regret having agreed to act in it. I really hope to be able to share a lot more about this situation as soon as possible “Haddish continued.

In the filing, the brother and sister are only identified as “Jane Doe” and “John Doe.”

According to the filing, Haddish instructed the two children to begin “moaning and making sexual noises as they both ate [a] sandwich [from opposite ends] in a manner that simulated the act of fellatio” in one alleged video.

“Haddish verbally explained to Plaintiff Jane Doe what was expected of her and then demonstrated to Plaintiff Jane Doe how to give fellatio, including movements, noises, moaning, and groaning,” it said.

The 2014 skit “Through a Pedophile’s Eyes” “shows Spears lusting over the 7-year-old child and molesting him throughout the video.”

According to the lawsuit, “Haddish was present throughout the entire video and aided, abetted, and watched Spears sexually molest a child.”

The two comedians are accused of causing emotional distress on purpose, sexual battery, gross negligence, sexual harassment, and sexual abuse of a minor. In addition, Haddish is charged with breach of fiduciary duty, negligent supervision/failure to warn, and constructive fraud.

Andrew Brettler, Haddish’s lawyer, called the accusations “bogus.”

Trizah Morris, the plaintiff’s mother, “has been trying to assert these bogus claims against Ms. Haddish for several years,” according to the actress’ lawyer Andrew Brettler in a statement to Fox News Digital.

“Every attorney who initially took on her case – and there were several – eventually dropped it once it became clear that the claims were baseless and Ms. Haddish would not be bullied. Ms. Morris is now represented in this lawsuit by her adult daughter. They will have to face the consequences of their frivolous action together.”

“He isn’t going to fall for any shakedown,” Spears’ attorney told the New York Post.
