New Orleans throws a Super Bowl party like no other

Flaunt Weeekly

The city of New Orleans is known for many things. Rich in culture, history, music, and of course, food, New Orleans offers its visitors a huge variety of options of things to do and see, so it makes sense that the “Crescent City” would be a preferred place to host the NFL’s Championship game.

After New Orleans was awarded Super Bowl LIX, their record-tying 11th Super Bowl, the Super Bowl Host Committee, City of New Orleans, and Louisiana Office of Tourism went to work, planning an incredible array of unique decor and events, all of which will highlight what truly makes New Orleans so special.

While the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs may be playing in the big game, all eyes will be on a city that has put on its best to step out in the spotlight for the whole world to see. From the 1st annual Louisiana Cultural Festival and Super Bowl Host Committee Parade, anyone who wants to experience what New Orleans is all about will see much of that on display this week.

With most of the bigger festivities taking place within blocks of the Caesars Superdome and French Quarter, visitors will also get the opportunity to experience some of the city’s best local entertainment and cuisine, all within brief walking distances.

In just a few days, football frenzy will have taken over as thousands of fans flock to the city to partake in our Super Bowl festivities, but after the game is over and the confetti has fallen, one thing will be clear: New Orleans can throw a Super Bowl party like no other.
