Britney Spears said that nail art helped her get over her “unbearable” social anxiety.

One charm at a time, Britney Spears is reclaiming her life.

The singer shared a photo of her new nail decorations on Instagram on Monday, claiming that they had helped her gain confidence while dealing with social anxiety.

“I’ve never done anything like this before… The 40-year-old captioned a shot of her nails, “I believe it’s called nail decorations.” “Have folks been holding out on me since they are the first I’ve ever seen!” “These are the cutest tiny charms I’ve ever seen!”

The “Toxic” singer flaunts her nude nails adorned with a pink butterfly, bow, and “woman insignia” in the snapshot and short video, which were almost overshadowed by her 4-carat engagement ring.

“For most of my life, I’ve felt ghosted… However, if you feel underappreciated in life or have confidence issues, I promise these charms will transform your outlook!” the singer continued. “Take, for example… Because I’m generally bashful, I never speak… I have social anxiety, but it’s the worst sort I’ve ever had… But there’s still hope! I looked down at my hands and saw these charms, and I burst out laughing… “I’m not afraid to speak.”

Fans were eager to congratulate her on her beautiful nails.

On her post, one fan joked, “Charney.”

“There are so many interesting things to discover!” Another person remarked, “You go B, you deserve ALL THE CHARMS.”

“They’re so adorable, Britney!” one of her 39.7 million fans said

Spears concluded her article by stating that her new “dope a** helper” has also helped her gain confidence in speaking up.

After her 13-year conservatorship ended in November 2021, the Grammy winner — who got engaged to Sam Asghari in September 2021 — went to Vegas for the first time.

Spears promised on Sunday that anybody who “harmed” her at that time would face punishment.

While she didn’t name names, she has previously criticised members of her family for their roles in her conservatorship, including her father Jamie Spears, mother Lynne Spears, and sister Jamie Lynn Spears.

“I was treated less than, demoralised, and ashamed,” the “Gimme More” singer added, adding that she had to work “7 days a week… 8:00 am to 6:00 pm with no days off.”

Spears is preparing a tell-all memoir about her life in an attempt to discover her own voice.
