Puma has unveiled the latest stage of its ongoing partnership with Dua Lipa. A dynamic, conceptual campaign featuring Dua in all-black Puma racing apparel standing on top of a red sports car debuts a new Speedcat silhouette for the winter season.
The campaign calls back to the origins of Puma’s best-known shoe. First launched over 25 years ago, the Speedcat’s original design was inspired by the fireproof racing footwear worn by Grand Prix drivers throughout the ‘80s and ‘90s. Reintroduced this summer as part of a wider Puma rebrand filled with celebrity endorsements and campaigns, the Speedcat recalls the bare bones of the brand with a rich sporting legacy.
The Speedcat’s signature slim silhouette has been reimagined countless times through a series of exclusive collaborations and limited edition releases, constantly evolving for new eras and audiences. The latest iteration is both bold and soft; crafted in a soft suede block colour with a singular white motif on the side, the shoe is available in classic ‘Black’, ‘Red’, and a new ‘Pink Blush’ colourway.
