Halle Drops New Single ‘Back And Forth’

Halle, of sibling act ChloexHallehas shared her new single, ‘Back and Forth’.

The LA-based singer first shared a preview of the single almost two years ago, one of a handful of solo demos she’d been working on. Waiting for the opportune moment to release a fan favourite unreleased cut, Halle finally unveiled the track in its entirety as a Valentine’s Day treat for her loyal listeners.

Written by Halle and produced by Khari Cain aka Needlz, ‘Back and Forth’ sees Halle and her romantic paramour tesselate between feelings of desire and despondency over low-lit, lilting jazz chords – the pared-back groove allowing Halle’s dulcet tones to take centre stage.

‘Back and Forth’ follows a run of singles ‘Because I Love You’, ‘In Your Hands’ and ‘Angel’. The Grammy-nominated singer has teased a full-length project, though it remains to be seen if the aforementioned cuts will make the track list. Halle recently featured on her sister Chlöe‘s sophomore album ‘Trouble in Paradise’ on the track ‘Want Me’.
