Flaunt Weeekly
Use Baloyi expresses anger at Mac G and Sol Repent for defaming him on a recent episode of Podcast and Chill.
The controversial music business executive was behind bars over rape allegations, but was released on Monday on R5,000 bail.
On the podcast, Mac G and Sol Repent weighed in on the issue.
“Use could be right in everything he’s saying but the moment she said no, it doesn’t matter,” Mac said.
Sol concurred with him; “The deleted text messages prove that she said no and pushed him. A no means a no,” he said.
Taking to Twitter Use expressed his disappointment in the presenters and said they can’t turn the Chillers against him.
“I’m weighing my legal options at the moment because there are comments that were made that were not true,” Use said.
The socialite said he will prove his innocence.
“I’m allowing the law to take its course and hopefully the truth will prevail, and I’ll clear my name, and everyone who didn’t believe me will see my innocence. MacG and Sol Repent can’t turn Chillers against me,” he said.
“Defamation is about intent, can the reasonable person agree that the statement you made was intended at harming someone’s good name. It’s not a beyond reasonable doubt test. Trust me I’ve been through an entire high court case to learn this first hand,” Use added.
“When the META are certifies you know what Sol Repent will have to pay for that heinous allegation about deleted messages… Let her know she’ll pay off my lawsuit debts, what a generous girl!”
