Original, American-style sushi restaurant brings music-inspired flavors to new Florida location
Apollo Beach, FL (RestaurantNews.com) Rock N Roll Sushi is “on the road again” taking its tasty rolls, killer hibachi and iconic rock ‘n’ roll vibes to Apollo Beach. Its second location in Hillsborough County, the new location is the first and only one in Apollo Beach.
Sushi lovers will be able to join in on the “fun, fun, fun” at 6170 Paseo Al Mar Blvd., Suite 103.
The new Rock N Roll Sushi is located in the Waterset Community of Apollo Beach just east of US 41 and Paseo Al Mar Blvd. The building sits on the east side of US 41 in between the Publix Super Market and the South Shore Sports Complex. This marks the 73rd location systemwide and 14th in Florida.
“When we open a new Rock N Roll Sushi, we really just want to let the good times roll,” said John Weissfisch, franchisee and area representative. “That’s why our fans love us. We provide great food, amazing service but most of all, we provide a good experience and that’s what elevates us.”
To celebrate opening week, Rock N Roll Sushi is turning up the volume with a lineup of daily specials:
- Monday: Free egg roll appetizer per table with entrée purchase
- Tuesday: 20% off all appetizers **with the exception of the app sampler
- Wednesday: Free crispy wontons per table with entrée purchase **1 per table
- Thursday: 20% off any Headliner or Classic roll
- Friday: Free VIP roll on next visit
- Saturday: 20% off all hibachi items
- Sunday: Free kids’ meal with an adult meal purchase
Terri Jessen, the Area Representative for Rock N Roll Sushi is Weissfisch’s partner at this new location. Currently, the two are actively working on opening more in the area so they can “take it to the limit.” Their first location opened in Lithia in November.
“We are thrilled to rock the Tampa sushi scene,” said Jessen. “Our first location has turned out to be a huge success and we plan on blowing out the speakers in Apollo Beach.”
