You are not alone if you are having difficulty using some Apple services. Apple’s App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV+, and other online services are now unavailable to some customers.
Update: According to Apple, the outage affecting its online services was resolved at about 2:06 p.m. PT. The services are now fully operational and accessible to all users. The original article can be seen below.
Some of Apple’s services are presently unavailable.
The outage has been confirmed by Apple via its System Status page. According to the firm, “certain users are affected,” and services “may be delayed or unavailable.”
App Store, Apple Books, Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple TV Channels, and the App Store are all partially or entirely unavailable for certain customers this Thursday, according to the website. In addition to these services, Apple claims that the outage today may have impacted Apple Fitness+, Apple Podcasts, and iWork Collaboration.
The outage occurred at 1:03 p.m. PT and continues to this day. Apple does not provide an expected time for restoring services like this, but we will update this site when it does.
