Waxahatchee Shares New Song “Mud”: Listen

Flaunt Weeekly

Barely two days after walking the Recording Academy’s red carpet for her Grammy-nominated album Tigers BloodWaxahatchee is back with a new song. It’s called “Mud,” and it’s an outtake from the recording sessions that birthed her 2024 LP. Listen to it below.

The track arrives on the heels of more exciting news: Katie Crutchfield and her band will perform on the Outlaw Music Festival Tour with Willie Nelson & Family, Bob Dylan, and Sheryl Crow, among others. Waxahatchee joins the touring festival from September 5 to 19.

With all the tour dates on her docket, it bears clarifying that Outlaw Music Festival is in addition to the Waxahatchee-curated event at Willie Nelson’s Luck Ranch on March 14, which features Lucinda Williams, Bill Callahan, Futurebirds, and more. Between now and then, Crutchfield is going back on the road for a tour with Wilcowith more than a dozen U.S. concerts taking place in April and May. See all of Waxahatchee’s tour dates below.
