Tuesday, September 27, 2022: On The Bold and the Beautiful, Liam offers his opinion regarding the knife incident, Taylor and Steffy anticipate that Brooke will destroy her marriage, and Brooke swears to defend Douglas.
When Steffy learns that Brooke said her brother Thomas is dangerous in Taylor’s office, she is horrified and yells, “When will she give up?!.” Taylor laments the fact that the attacks are becoming worse. “Come on, woman,” exclaims Steffy. She believes that Brooke has always had issues with both Thomas and her and feeds on confrontation. Taylor finds it absurd that she would suggest that Thomas poses a threat to his son. Thomas, in Steffy’s opinion, continues to prove himself every day. Brooke must be concerned about Hope’s unwillingness to make concessions.

Hope tells Brooke at the Forrester design office that she needs to hear the specifics of what transpired because she saw Thomas make progress with Douglas. “You saw Thomas circling Douglas with a knife, right?” Then Liam walks in and asks, “Excuse me? Why is there a mention of Thomas and a knife?
It wasn’t a butter knife, Brooke adds; it was a heavy knife, and he was using it to cut an apple. If Douglas was present while he was doing this, Liam has no idea what was going through his mind. Brooke is unsure of Thomas’ true level of adjustment and health.

Thomas protests to his father at Forrester that he was only slicing an apple with a knife, like any person would do. Ridge speculates that Brooke may have sensed something, such as the blade being too close to the child. She hasn’t yet gained her trust. Clearly, if she was considering contacting Child Protective Services about me, Thomas responds. Ridge reassures him that no one is phoning because the boy’s father is a fantastic person. Thomas appreciates his assurance. He only wants Brooke to leave their lives behind permanently.
Ridge is sorry since his son worked so hard to get here, but he can tell that Brooke has little regard for Thomas as a father. You were inquiring as to whether Brooke had left the building, Ridge, says Charlie as he arrives. She is present in the design studio alongside Liam and Hope. Ridge tells Charlie to shut the door before he leaves. Thomas despises how much trouble Brooke is causing Ridge. Ridge wants the family to be at peace. Thomas concurs that it would be in Douglas’ best interests. He finds it intolerable that someone should consider his son to be at danger in his home. He’s going to his house to check that everything is as secure as it can be. Ridge envelops him tightly. Thomas doesn’t comprehend Brooke’s need to exaggerate the situation. He advises that Ridge visit Douglas and that he will meet him there. Thomas affirms to his father that without him, he wouldn’t be the man he is.
Steffy and Taylor believe Brooke is stirring the pot at Taylor’s office because it helps her daughter. Taylor complains that Thomas has put so much effort towards making amends, but Brooke won’t give him credit. She is inconsolable for Ridge and Thomas. Steffy believes that the more Brooke criticises Thomas, the more likely it is that she will lose her father.
Brooke tells Hope and Liam about how Thomas was gazing at her while holding the knife at the design office. She worries that he isn’t returning Douglas to the house. They want to spend time together, Hope reminds her. Thomas isn’t a good father figure, according to Brooke, who adds, “Think of all the things he’s done.” Kinda hard to forget, says Liam. Brooke intends to take all necessary steps to keep Douglas secure.
Steffy shouts in Taylor’s office about how Brooke is totally off the mark. Taylor claims that she will never love anything that she owns. Except for your hubby, Steffy continues. Since Steffy and Thomas were Ridge’s first family, Brooke is believed to dislike them. Thomas works all day and then returns home to his son, they recollect. Steffy believes Brooke is acting in a way that will quickly drive Ridge away, and that she is digging her own grave.
Ridge and Douglas converse while playing chess at the Forrester mansion while also discussing the youngster’s drawings. He claims his father has recently begun supporting him. If he’s loved being there, Ridge queries. Douglas claims he has since he adores his father so much.
After grabbing coffee, Hope and Liam go into the design office. Hope laments that her mother left her handbag behind as they kiss, indicating that she will return shortly to get it. She queries Liam’s opinion of what she said. Liam said he would have felt the same way even if she had remained silent. Douglas is there, at home. Though Hope would dearly love to put her kid to sleep, she doesn’t want to obstruct the strides he’s made with his father. Liam believes that with supervision, he ought to be permitted to visit Thomas whenever he pleases. He must return to his real home with them in the meanwhile. Are we still in agreement about it, he queries?
Taylor believes Brooke is hitting her children in Taylor’s office because she feels like Brooke is destroying her own marriage. If Ridge returns to them, it must not be due to Brooke’s toxic drama but rather to his genuine want to be with them. Steffy considers how considerate and thoughtful he has been over the previous few months. This knife business, in her opinion, represents a new low for Brooke. “He wants to be with you, mama,” she exclaims as she notices her father’s eyelids opening.

Hope doesn’t want a custody dispute in the design department. That wouldn’t be a smart idea, according to Liam as well, but they can’t believe Thomas’ claims that he has changed. Although Hope finds the knife slightly unsettling, Thomas’ overall demeanour has improved. You’ve said that before, Liam murmurs. And I don’t want to repeat the entire process. He believes that Douglas must return home since enough is enough. When Brooke hears Liam making his declaration, she agrees with him. They can only ensure Douglas’ security if he is in Hope’s capable hands. She’ll exert every effort to return him to his rightful place.
Douglas tells his granddad how much he enjoys the Forrester estate. Ridge answers the door when there is a knock on it. Thomas is being sought after by a man and a lady. They work with CPS and want to look into a case involving Douglas Forrester. Thomas shows in just then and inquires as to the situation. They are from Child Protective Services, says Ridge. They are here because of Douglas.
