Cardi B Offered To Host On “The Breakfast Club” To Promote Her Upcoming Album

Cardi B called into The Breakfast Club’s Morning show to wish Angela Yee farewell but got offered a job instead. It was also suggested she host the week leading up to the release of her upcoming album.

As Angela Yee geared up to make her departure from The Breakfast Club to start her own show, Bardi called in to say goodbye.

Charlamagne Tha God and fellow podcast host DJ Envy have yet to announce Yee’s replacement. However, it was later suggested that the “Up” rapper fill in for a week before her new album’s release next year.

During the call, Cardi expressed how much she loves their show and appreciates their support throughout her career. The Bronx native also said she would be interested in temporarily hosting the show despite not having a set date for the album’s release.

Cardi released Invasion of Privacy in 2018 and since has not released her sophomore album despite the number of No.1 hits in her arsenal.

Recently, Cardi B made headlines with her latest single with GloRilla“Tomorrow 2.”

According to reports, Cardi B is being sued by an Italian artist named Alexsandro Palombo for posting a reimagined photo of her wearing a Marge Simpson costume on Halloween without giving him any credit.

Palombo told Newsweek about the lawsuit against the New York artist and her team for trying to increase their image with a commercial purpose.
