In a cute new Instagram post, Ant Anstead called his girlfriend Renée Zellweger “pure class.”
“This woman is. Class. Ren x,” he wrote in the post’s caption on Saturday. It was a picture of the two of them cuddling close at the beach and looking very in love.
Anstead, who is 43, wore a black t-shirt, dark wash jeans, flip-flops, and black sunglasses. Zellweger, who is 53, wore a slit-front denim skirt and a sheer blue button-down.
The Oscar winner wore shoes and sunglasses that matched the “Wheeler Dealers” star as she hugged him.
Fans were quick to comment on the post, saying things like “Love her as an actress,” “Ren is a natural beauty,” and “She seems to be one of the most humble and smart celebrities.”
Others thought that the couple was in it for the long haul. One person said, “It looks like you both have found your person for life.”
After he got divorced from “Flip or Flop” star Christina Haack, Anstead started dating the actress in 2021.
Even though they have both moved on with their love lives (Haack is now married to Joshua Hall), they are still fighting over who gets to keep their 2-year-old son, Hudson.
When they broke up in September 2019, they agreed to share legal and physical custody of their child.
But Anstead filed an emergency motion in April to get full custody, which was later turned down. In the filing, he said his ex-wife wasn’t a good parent because she used “illegal drugs” and was putting their son’s health at risk.
Haack said in a statement at the time that his claims were not true and that she was “deeply saddened” by them.
The “Celebrity IOU: Joyride” star has two other kids with his ex-wife, Amelie, who is 18 and Archie, who is 15. Haack has two kids with her ex-husband, Taylor, who is 11, and Brayden, who is 6.
Zellweger was married to singer-songwriter Kenny Chesney for a short time in 2005. She is single and doesn’t have any kids.
