Apple Watch Pro

Before tomorrow’s unveiling, here is all we know about the Apple Watch Pro.

This fall, a brand-new so-called Apple Watch Pro will significantly expand the Apple Watch portfolio. This new Apple Watch Pro is expected to be unveiled tomorrow and is rumoured to include a new look, a longer battery life, and increased robustness.

Apple Watch Pro’s appearance and display
According to Mark Gurman’s research for Bloomberg, the Apple Watch Pro will have a fresh design that will set it apart from the Apple Watch Series 8. There are reportedly some upcoming design modifications for the Apple Watch Pro, albeit they won’t have the flat sides that were previously speculated for the Apple Watch Series 7.

The Apple Watch Pro, according to Bloomberg, will “evolve the existing rectangular design.” What this means in terms of design is not immediately obvious, except from the fact that the Apple Watch Pro won’t be a circular wristwatch.

The materials used to construct the Apple Watch Pro will be one of the major modifications. Currently, titanium, stainless steel, and aluminium are the materials that the Apple Watch is made of. In an effort to make the Apple Watch Pro as tough as possible, a “more robust formulation of titanium” will reportedly be used.

Also bigger than the current Apple Watch models will be the Apple Watch Pro. There are two sizes of the Apple Watch Series 7: 41mm and 45mm. These measurements apply to the Apple Watch’s actual shell, not its screen. The Apple Watch Pro case, which will be larger than 45mm, could “be huge enough that it might only appeal to a subset of users,” according to Bloomberg.

The Apple Watch Pro will feature a bigger display in addition to a bigger casing. According to Bloomberg, the screen will have a resolution of about 410 by 502 pixels and will be roughly 7% larger than the existing Apple Watch Series 7. For reference, the Apple Watch Series 7’s 45mm model has a resolution of 396 by 484 pixels.

This redesigned design and the larger form factor were displayed in leaked CAD images of the Apple Watch Pro. We can see the flat display in these renderings, which is different from prior Apple Watch models’ “waterfall” edges. The Digital Crown and side button are located in a new bulging bulge on the right side of the device.

Apple’s new approach to the Digital Crown and side button is probably an effort to increase longevity while also making room inside the device for a bigger battery. However, the watch’s overall size has been greatly increased by the design.

One of the more interesting changes is that there appears to be a new button on the left-hand side. This button is anticipated to be programmable so that you can link it to a certain workout or application.

Based on these CAD blueprints, designer Ian Zelbo produced some extremely polished renders of the Apple Watch Pro. These renderings bring the new Apple Watch Pro design to life by emphasising its larger form factor, watch faces with lots of information, and other features.

battery power
The Apple Watch Pro will supposedly have a longer battery life in addition to its bigger size. Buyers of this Apple Watch who engage in “intense sports” will prioritise a longer battery life, and Apple appears to be aware of this.

The size of the battery within the Apple Watch Pro is not known with precision. Mark Gurman of Bloomberg has merely stated that the smartphone will have longer battery life. In fact, Gurman predicted that the new low-power mode might allow the Apple Watch Pro to last “several days on one battery.”

It has been speculated for a while that the Apple Watch will have a new low-power mode. When watchOS 9 was unveiled at WWDC in June, it wasn’t there. According to recent sources, the brand-new low-power mode might only be available on the Apple Watch versions releasing this fall.

Apple Watch users would supposedly be able to continue utilising Apple Watch features and apps without taking up too much juice thanks to a new low-power mode. Like it does with low-power mode on the iPhone and Mac, Apple can cut battery usage by suspending background processes, lowering screen brightness, and limiting other features.

Apple Watch Pro: Chips and sensors
This upcoming Apple Watch Pro is anticipated to feature support for body temperature monitoring, similar to the Apple Watch Series 8. Although it won’t be able to measure your body temperature precisely, the Apple Watch will be able to send you an alarm if it notices that it is rising. Then, you might use a conventional thermometer to take your temperature.

Additionally, the Apple Watch Pro can come with unique functions for tracking fitness and health. This might involve alternative workout styles, extra measurements obtained with current sensors, and much more.

Other future health features, like as blood pressure monitoring and glucose measures, are anticipated for the Apple Watch in the coming year and beyond. These capabilities aren’t anticipated to debut with either the Apple Watch Series 8 or the Apple Watch Pro this year.

Finally, a “new” S8 processor will be found within the Apple Watch Pro. According to reports, this chip will have “comparable performance” to the S7 chip found inside the Apple Watch Series 7, as well as the S6 chip found inside the Apple Watch Series 6. This indicates that we shouldn’t anticipate any significant performance upgrades from this year’s patches.

Naming
It’s possible that this new Apple Watch model will eventually go by a variety of names. Making this Apple Watch more tough, sturdy, and suitable for extreme sports is clearly the main goal. This Apple Watch model may be referred to as the “Apple Watch Extreme” if Apple were to capitalise on that concept.

Nevertheless, this Apple Watch will also be ultra-premium with a redesigned design, larger display, and enhanced battery life in addition to being optimised for active and extreme sports lifestyles.

The “Apple Watch Pro” or “Apple Watch Max” may be the greatest option if Apple wished to appeal to a wider range of customers, including those who simply want the “best” Apple Watch.

Tomorrow, along with the release of the iPhone 14, Apple is expected to introduce the Watch Series 8 and “Apple Watch Pro.” What do you believe about these rumours? Would you purchase a fictitious Apple Watch Pro? Tell us in the comments section.
