“I tried to help save Drip” – Nota Baloyi on Lekau Sehoana’s business

Flaunt Weeekly

Controversial music executive Use Baloyi has once again found himself at the center of public debate following his comments on the liquidation of Drip Footwear, a brand founded by entrepreneur Lekau Sehoana.

After news of the brand’s financial troubles surfaced, Use took to Twitter, claiming that he had tried to help save the struggling business.

He tweeted, “Kids love Drip, it had a fighting chance… I tried to help save it!”

However, many social media users were quick to slam his statement, accusing him of frequently inserting himself into celebrity matters and seeking credit.

One user sarcastically remarked, “Ai… You tried saving every single celebrity in this country… the savior.” Another added, “You should focus on saving yourself right now,” alluding to Use’s ongoing legal troubles.

While Use’s comment about Drip Footwear sparked some discussion about the brand’s challenges, the focus shifted to his personal life.

Currently, Use is facing a rape charge and was released on bail of R5000. He is scheduled to reappear in court soon, adding further tension to his public image.
